The Pravara Co-operative Sugar Factory, pioneered by Padmashree, the first co-operative sugar factory in Asia brought an industrial revolution in the rural region of Pravara.
In order to bring the great vision of Padmashree into reality, his worthy son Hon’ble Shri Balasaheb Vikhe Patil Minister for Heavy Industries-Govt. of India started a number of institutes in the Engineering, Education Technology, and Medical & Paramedical Sciences.
The institute since then is progressing under the able & scholastic guidance of Hon’ble Shri Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil, MLA. Former Minister for Agriculture, Water Conservation, Dairy & Animal Husbandry. Govt. of Maharashtra, who himself is a keen academician.
Keeping in pace with the tremendous computerization, the Computer Engineering branch was started in 1999-2000 & recently with the introduction of Electronics & telecommunication Engineering proved that we do keep track with the modern and speedily developing technical world.
Since inception our students have exhibited exemplary technical skills in the academic as well as on the industrial front. |
